If you’re looking to hear some wailing Detroit outlaw blues and a great rocking country band this weekend, Oct. 9-10 is your weekend to head to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Florida for food, fun, dancing and music!

Taking over the Music Hall Saturday night, Oct. 10, will be Detroit’s own blues man Michal Bailey and his band. Playing in Detroit’s Westside clubs since age 15, Bailey established his own band in the early ‘90s and began touring. He played 17 years at the now notorious Nancy Whiskey’s in downtown Detroit and is known as one of Detroit’s premier guitar players. He’s toured the US playing about 200 events each year, had a critically acclaimed CD, “Devil’s Ride,” along with several other albums and continues to deliver first rate performances at every venue. You can expect blues man Michal Bailey to shuck it on down when he comes to Live Oak, Fla! Why, you might even think you’ve been in Detroit when the evening ends!

Tickets for Saturday night are $10 each at the door.
