20th Suwannee River Jam to feature Ronnie Dunn, Kelli Pickler, Luke Bryan, Gary Allan

Grab your cowboy boots and hats, it’s time for some Country Music!

SPIRIT OF THE SUWANNEE MUSIC PARK, LIVE OAK, FLA – It’s been 20 years since the Suwannee River Jam was first held and this year, thousands and thousands of fans are going to celebrate big time for this birthday event April 27-30 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Fla! The SOSMP celebrates the 20th birthday of the Jam with one of the best lineups of country artists ever – Ronnie Dunn (formerly of Brooks and Dunn), Gary Allan, Luke Bryan, Kellie Pickler, Phil Vassar, Jerrod Niemann, Darryl Worley, Lee Brice, Joe Diffie, LoCash Cowboys, Blackberry Smoke and a host of up and coming artists along with the winner of the 2011 SRJ Talent Contest.

The first Jam began a grand tradition for the SOSMP and thousands upon thousands of country music fans have continued that tradition for 20 years. This year the event begins Wednesday night, April 27, with Blackberry Smoke and continues through Saturday night, April 30.


The finals for the Ms. Suwannee River Jam 2011 contest will be held Saturday, April 30, beginning at 2 p.m., where 36 young women will compete for the new Ms. Suwannee River Jam 2011 title to represent the SOSMP for the next year at upcoming events. The winner will receive cash and prizes.

Also, a bounce house for the kids is new this year, you may dance the night away at the Silent Disco arena and grab a shirt from the shirt shack wall! Look for your Suwannee Shuffle Pass at participating booths.

Thousands and thousands of excited fans will gather to hold reunions with family and friends, hold barbecues, be part of golf cart parades, hike, enjoy jam sessions all over the park around campfires into the early morning hours, take canoe trips on the famous Suwannee River, bicycle, try out all the festival foods, shop vendors and the Crafts Village’s quaint stores, enjoy the great food at the SOS Café and Restaurant and of course, jam to their favorite country music artists!. Fans come from near and far to hear and see country artists, get their photos taken with their favorite artist during fan club meet and greets while making new friends. The fun is indescribable, the experience can be life-changing and the memories last a lifetime. You might even see a wedding take place!

The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is located at 3076 95th Drive 4.5 miles north of Live Oak, Fl off US 129 at the famous Suwannee River.
