Karl Cook is an equestrian and the son of billionaire Scott Cook who founded tax software firm Intuit in 1983– which includes QuickBooks and TurboTax.
Equestrian Karl Cook proposed to Cuoco, 32, and posted the actress’s tearful acceptance on Instagram.
