Mo Wiley’s “Major League Ballin’”is earthy, gritty and has the production to grab your interest. The sound is big and keeps growing throughout the CD. “Major League Ballin’” reminds you how big Mo Wiley’s sound is throughout her album with songs like, “My Ghetto ” “I’m From Da Bay ” and “You Can’t Touch It’” where the sound explodes.
Written from the heart the lyrics and comfortable and Wiley is at home with her voice. I admit this CD is my favorite genre. “Bitch”, “hoes”, “nigger” or “nigga,” to make sure everyone know you are tough and gangsta are over used in the genre and “Major League Ballin’” is over the top with use of these words.
