SPIRIT OF THE SUWANNEE MUSIC PARK, LIVE OAK, FLA – Stephen, a North Florida up and coming artist who has developed a legion of fans at the SOSMP, will entertain guests in the Music Hall July 17 where admission will be $10 per person.
A country boy raised in Northeast Florida, Stephen Combs’ music reflects everyday ups and downs. Writing stirring songs related to love, heartbreaks and simple life excitement, Stephen’s southern gospel up-bringing provides him with all of the ammunition he needs to bring sweet harmonies into his unique style of country ballads and rock-a-billy music.
“I’ll Just Show You,” is a recent CD written by Stephen Combs. Stephen has set his goals to become the next rising star to succeed in the music industry and there should be no doubt in your mind after hearing that it will happen. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!
The Music Hall will open at 6 p.m. with music beginning at 8 p.m. with the Music Hall open on Friday and Saturday nights until 1 a.m., serving dinner until 10 p.m. The SOS Café and Restaurant is always open during special events featuring delicious food from the menu and specials along with a variety of beverages. Breakfast is also available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as lunch and dinner.
Gainesville In The Park featuring Gainesville bands July 16-17 is part two of a music series at the SOSMP this same weekend. Tickets to music series are $25 advance for three days of music, $30 at the gate. This event will feature bands from the Gainesville area. The SOSMP will offer a $400 cabin and golf cart rental special during Gainesville In The Park event. The SOSMP is located at 3076 95th Drive 4.5 miles north of Live Oak, Fl off US 129 at the famous Suwannee River. The park is 4.5 miles south of Interstate 75 and 4.5 miles north of Interstate 10 off US 129.
