  32. Znam pewne udoskonalenie metody. Zamiast wstążeczki na rękę zakładasz gumkę recepturkę. Gdy pojawi Ci się jakaś negatywna myśl, strzelasz sobie porządnie z gumki. Po kilku strzałach, ostro się pilnujesz przed kolejnym marudzeniem. Sprawdzone! Działa znakomicie!
