Hot dogs, Bubba Slide, kids’ games and other fun happenings planned
Come celebrate America’s 233rd birthday at the Fourth of July Get-A-Way July 2 – 5 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Fla. There will be lots of fun things to do for the entire family such as the Bubba Slide, canoeing, mini and disc golf, bicycle riding, hiking, fishing, swimming for overnight guests only in the beautiful pool, free hot dogs for kids only on Saturday, music Friday and Saturday night in the Music Hall and a chance to relax and enjoy America’s birthday celebration!
A fee of $10 per campsite for overnight campers covers free hot dogs for kids on Saturday, the Bubba Slide, kids’ games and other free activities. Normal overnight fees for primitive camping, RV parking and cabin rental also apply for this event. For $10 per carload day visitors may also enjoy amenities of the SOSMP at regular prices such as mini golf, Bubba Slide, golf cart rental and canoeing as well as free hot dogs for kids only Saturday. Admission to the Music Hall is separate.

During the weekend the renowned Mike Miller Band will have the Music Hall jumping with outstanding country music. This Jacksonville Band features Albert Lightbody on keyboards, Mike Miller on lead guitar, Banner Thomas on bass and Oleg Shkolyar on drums.
You may also enjoy delicious food and beverages, dance the night away or just enjoy the atmosphere. The Mike Miller Band is one of the most popular bands to play the Music Hall and always brings lively music to keep the guests happy.
Doors to the Music Hall open at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and music begins at 8 p.m.
Admission to the Music Hall Friday night is $5 per person. However, on Friday nights only, your admission price can be applied to your meal and beverage tab. Music Hall admission Saturday night is $10 per person. As always, during Music Hall events the SOS Café and Restaurant will have a vast array of delicious items from its menu at regular prices, savory specials and a variety of beverages. The Music Hall remains open until 1 a.m. and the SOS Café and Restaurant serves dinner until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday night.
